The key difference from other “consulting firms” is that they bill by the hour and ultimately they win and you lose; have a portion of ownership and again, they win and you lose. This model doesn’t work. Ossicle is not a coaching or consulting service, Markus is a FIXER, someone who understands the problem, the objective, then plans, strategizes and executes a solution with your involvement. This can be as short-term or long-term as you like, expansive or limited, whatever you need. Fixers don’t tell you how to do your job, you already know that.
